Change is in the air as everyone is talking about how best to approach ‘RE-OPENING” the office. CCS’s primary concern is the health and safety of our employees, clients, and business partners within our offices and yours.

Here are some of the safety protocols we have instituted:

Taking temperatures of all associates and visitors, prior to entry into our offices.

Providing disposable gloves, face masks, and hand sanitizers to every CCS associate in the office and those servicing clients.

Around the clock cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, break areas, warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.

Socially distancing employees from one another within their departments, while allowing those to telework from home if possible.

Installing touch free hand sanitizer, soap, towel, napkin, and utensil dispensers in the office.

Posting signage around the office to promote clean hygiene.

Staggering break times to encourage social distancing.

Installing webcams to promote web conferencing.

Verdegen’s Kleen-Slate is a an adhesive product like transparent packing tape. The product contains naturally occurring mineral ions that destroy microorganisms on the top surface.

What type of face mask should I buy?

Yes, a mask can be somewhat effective in preventing germs from getting iinto your nose and mouth, that come from another person’s respiratory droplets.

Your mask should cover your face from the bridge of your nose to under your chin.

Look for a mask made with at least two layers of fabric. It should cover your nose and mouth without large gaps.
